PASTORAL STRUCTURE
Each student is placed in a Roll Call group with a Roll Call teacher. They see this teacher everyday and all pastoral matters should go through the student's RC teacher. if they can't help the matter goes to the appropriate Dean.
There are three Deans. 7/8 Dean, 9/10 Dean, 11/12 Dean. The Deans deal with disciplinary and pastoral issues across the grade levels they are responsible for. Issues that require more help go to the Deputy Principal (Welfare).
The DP(W) is responsible for pastoral and discipline issues within the school. The DP(W) has access to a range of outside agencies when events get to a point where outside intervention is necessary.
