Enrolment

We are excited about your interest in Port Moresby International School and our Enrolment Officer is here to help with a smooth and meaningful application process. We offer a highly personalized approach that exemplifies the IEA values.

We welcome students of all backgrounds, cultures, and abilities, as we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion. Our dedicated admissions team is here to guide you through every step of the process and answer any questions you may have. We understand that choosing the right school is a significant decision, and we are committed to making it as smooth as possible for you.

POMIS is a non-selective school. That means we won't refuse admittance if you have scored poorly or failed at another school.

However:

  • Any student wishing to enter POMIS must be able to provide documents to verify their academic attendance and performance.
  • The PNG Department of Education and the other systems that authorise us as an international school have strict rules about lack of attendance.
  • We can't enrol you if fees are owed to another service provider.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse due to age appropriate issues as we are subject to the Lukautim Pikinini (Child) Act of 2009.

Our Enrolment Process:

Please contact the Admision Officer (Registrar), Ms. Hane RANU by calling (+675) 325 3166 or emailing hranu@pmis.iea.ac.pg. if you have any questions during the enrollment process.
